You have a named contact, direct access to our director and an agreed reporting rhythm. We agree what information is needed and how it will be shared, keeping unrelated client, customer and personal records out of the assignment.

Before work starts, we confirm responsibilities, relevant insurance requirements and any specialist appointments. For agreed delivery work, we check contractor competence evidence, insurance and work plans, and coordinate access and site arrangements. Concerns go to our director and, where needed, an appropriate specialist.

Reports show what is complete, what remains unresolved and what needs your decision. You retain control of expenditure and any extra work.
